With a strong passion in my own health and fitness journey, I set about helping others as a Personal Trainer in 2014. Since that time I have accumulated over 5,000 hours of 1-2-1 time with my clients and helped them not only achieve their goals, but to understand the purpose of how and why they manage their training and nutrition so they can become independent in their own journey.
Radical Fitness has been established with that goal specifically in mind. I want to give people the tools so they can confidently and competently train on their own, with their specific goals in mind. Using the workout videos, training programmes and nutrition help, each client should feel secure that they can achieve their target without forking out the high cost of retaining a Personal Trainer.
