What is Radical Fitness?

Radical Fitness is an online Personal Training service where you can access workouts, exercise tutorial videos, nutrition advice and guidance, and trainer support.

Is Radical Fitness suitable for me?

The beauty of Radical Fitness is that it is tailored to the individual. You set your goals and we guide you in how to achieve them. Workouts can be scaled from complete beginner to the more advanced gym goer.

Why should I join Radical Fitness?

We offer everything a Personal Trainer offers you but at a fraction of the cost. You can access workout programmes, nutrition advice and recipe ideas, all with your specific goal in mind. There is always a trainer on hand to guide you and support whenever you require it.


What is included in the nutrition?

We give you top tips, advice and guidance in how to get the best out of your nutrition.

Do you do individual meal plans?

In short, no. We don’t believe specific meal plans have long term success as they limit people’s choices and create a bad relationship with food. We would rather guide you and let you discover what you enjoy and what fits your lifestyle.

Do I need to track my macros?

Advice on the importance of macronutrients and tracking them can be found on the nutrition page.


What is the difference between the packages?

We offer 2 different packages: Transformation and PT. With our Transormation package you receive access to the preset workout programmes, our nutrition advice page with recipe ideas, tips and advice and access to our unique workout builder and tracker as well as our nutrition tracker. The PT package gives you all of the above plus a Personalised Workout Programme, Personalised Nutrition Plan and Feedback and Support.

What is the cost of each package?

Our Transformation package is £15; and PT package is £97 per month.


How do I use the preset workout programmes?

Once you open the workout, you will be able to see all of the exercises included. Each of these exercises has a tutorial video you can access by clicking the link next to the exercise. The workout will also indicate how long you will spend on each exercise and how much you will rest between each.

How do I use the workout builder?

By using the workout builder you can design your own programme. To get started with this you simply select the focus on your programme, which then gives you specific exercises based on your choice. You then add these to your programme.

Social Media

How do I become part of the Facebook group?

Once you have become a member, you will receive a notification about how to locate the Facebook group and from there you can request to join it. When we have confirmation of your membership you will be accepted into the group. Please allow up to 7 days for our administrator to approve your request.

Am I able to leave the group?

Yes you are free to take yourself out of the group if you wish to do so. You will also be deleted from the group should you choose to cancel your membership.

Your Subscription

Do I need a PayPal account?

Yes, you will need a PayPal account to sign up to one of our membership packages. We use PayPal as a safe and secure way to manage your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time.
