At Radical Fitness we have a variety of classes to suit all fitness levels. So, whether you’re a complete beginner or a fitness veteran we ensure you get a great workout at all of our classes.

We believe in small group classes at Radical Fitness, so you get a more personal feel and are coached through your session by our expert coaches knowing you are doing everything correctly to get the most from the workout.

Total Body Blast

Total Body Blast is a 45 minute high intensity workout that is guaranteed to get the heart pumping!

Combining bodyweight movements and cardio equipment over timed intervals, this is a workout that can tailored to suit all abilities to ensure you leave feeling like you’ve had a good workout!

Shape and Strengthen

In Shape and Strengthen we use a variety of equipment including kettlebells and barbells to overload and shape your muscles.

If you are looking to master your form on weighted exercises, develop a leaner look or simply improve your fitness levels then this is the class for you.


Whilst being great fun, Boxercise also provides a terrific, challenging workout! It’s also a great way to get rid of some stress!

With a partner you will be put through your paces with a variety of punching combinations and bodyweight movements. Whatever your fitness level Boxercise is for everyone to enjoy.

* You WILL need your own boxing gloves. Focus Pads will be provided.

Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness is a fun, aerobic group fitness class based on dance and music.

The moves are easy and repetitive for easy learning and any ages and fitness levels are welcomed. So, whether you’re a dance floor pro, a budding Beyoncé or never danced in your life, there’s something for everyone!

Step Fusion

Step Fusion is an upbeat and energetic Fitness Class! With an aim to burn calories whilst moving and grooving to some of your favourite songs! We will combine dancing with a workout whilst using the step to challenge your muscles and fitness in a new way.

* Feel free to bring your own step if you have one.


Pilates classes consist of both muscular strength and low impact mobility movements, aiming to improve an individual’s postural alignment, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress.

A deeper focus on the core is maintained throughout, in order to achieve an improved general fitness and wellbeing. Classes will be Mat Work based and are open to people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness.

* Feel free to bring your own mat if you have one.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs, Bums and Tums is a class to burn fat using your bodyweight, weights and resistance bands.

You’ll certainly feel the burn performing high repetition exercises whilst target specific areas of the body to give you a great workout.
